I'm a mom to 4, an army wife, and sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I want my "goal" more than I want to remain miserable. Therefore, I WILL exercise and I WILL control what I eat. Currently live in Texas.

08/13/2012- I am back to where I was on 06/23. I went up 10-12 lbs, down, up again, and am back down. Found a "program" I can work with, and am "Rebooting My Life". You can find my progress at

06/23/2012- Made 20 lb goal today. I'm down 53 from my highest weight & 20 from my re-start. I hope to make 30 by 07/15/2012.

06/20/2012- Struggling with the same 8 pounds. Up & Down, Up & Down. Down 16.5 lbs at the moment, going to the gym almost every day for at least 60 minutes, not eating after 7 pm, No Sugar. I take a walk every night. I really want this bad!!!

05/25/2012- After initially losing 14.5 lbs in this weight loss journey, I had a week where I gained 16 back, quickly. I don't know why. I've re-lost the original 14.5 lbs plus .5 more. I've restarted going to the gym on 05/22/2012.

05/02/2012- Seeing awesome progress in the garden. Got all kinds of tomatoes started growing, as well as peppers, zucchini and yellow squash. Cukes a little slow. Started canteloupe seeds in cups, will transplant soon. See pics.

03/25/2012- Hubby and I put together the garden. Got tomatoes along the fence (cherry, golden jubilee, early girl, big boy). Also planted peppers (jalapeno, anaheim, green bell, sweet red, and banana), cucumbers, yellow squash and zucchini. Had there been more room, we'd have done more. See picture.

The only way I can change my tomorrow is by focusing on my goals today.

    thank you for your comment and support, everyday is a new day and a new challenge. It motivates me to know that i have a satisfactory day yesterday but if I don't put the action on today it won't matter so here we are emoticon
