I have been fighting obesity since 1991. These past two years have been especially tough. Due to medical issues, I went on disability. I was overweight before becoming disabled and due to the inability to move around like I used to and the depression over my situation I have put on another 50 pounds. At 284 pounds, I am the heaviest I have ever been. I can no longer live this way. I have decided that 2012 is the year that I will change my life. I am going to become as healthy as I can ...
