My Goals:
*Lose those last 10 pounds before January, 2013. *Eat at least 5 veggies everyday. *Stay active throughout the day.
My Program:
1.Workouts for 5 days a week and following the spark diet and fitness plan! 2.Do Taebo videos, kickboxing cardio, boot-camps or any other variety for 40 minutes for 5 days a week. 3. Strength training alternate days!
Personal Information:
College student aspiring to get fit! I love to read, you can leave me with my books and I won't get tired or bored. I like to play games both video and outdoor. I love to workout at home but sometimes I feel like I'm lacking inspiration, but I have sparkpeople so it doesn't matter. My favorite workouts are Taebo by Billy Blanks(His daughter Shellie Blanks is my favorite inspiration. Okay, she's way thin but still she's hot!) , elliptical trainer, Videos by Coach Nicole ( Another favorite role model). I love food but I am learning moderation. Wish me good luck.
