So Over It
I am a mother to three wonderful children, and I'm the proud wife of a US Army soldier. I've been overweight almost my entire life, and with turning 30 this year, my body is really starting to feel it. So, I decided that another year was going to pass whether I stayed fat or not, and chose not. I have been really monitoring my calories, carbs, protein, and cholesterol intake, and I have started walking and exercising at least 3 days per week.

My Program:
Right now I'm diligently counting calories. I've cut way back on sugar. I've tried to cut out simple carbs and have limited my intake of complex carbs and starches. I also try to exercise for at least 30 minutes 3 times per week.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Killeen, Texas on Fort Hood. Would love to find someone close to exercise with.
