My Road to Losing the Baby Weight

I'm Steph and my biggest struggle for losing weight is having a routine and consistent motivation.

I just had a baby and gained 70 pounds and was 20 pounds away from my goal weight.

I can not wait to get back into a routine, but I must admit that I am struggling.

My Goals:
I want to be able to live an active lifestyle and challenge my body constantly.

I have my baby! Now I need the energy to keep up with him when he starts becoming mobile!!

My Program:
Fitness:
**Complete the Annual RFR 5 K in Stamford with a 12 minute mile finish
**Complete my 30 day Squat Challene
**Regain my endurance with running hills and long distances 4 days a week.

Nutrition:
**Cooking more.
**Eating clean.
**More Greens,

Mental:
**MEDITATE! Every night and focus on my goals.
Reviewing my goal board every morning.

Personal Information:
Having my son is teaching me to be more efficient with every free moment I get.

My goal is to start running again and to get back to my 8 minute mile.

Other Information:
I'm really excited to go on this journey...it'll be tough but I'm up for the challenge.

Looks like its working for you! I can't run due to back injuries, at least at this point. I like doing weight training. I have a small home gym that in less than three months is giving me great results. I also have an elliptical that I use to warm up or longer if it's a no weight training day. My hubby and I enjoy walking, we were up to 2 plus miles five days a week and it was getting too easy, but the hot weather came and we quit! I'm glad the weather is cooling a little that means we'll get back to it. I can't get him to do the other stuff I do so it's very important to get him walking again. emoticon
