Skinny, happy, healthy me!

SparkPeople is the best thing the internet has ever given me. I've finally learned how to live a healthy life without excessive dieting and I'm truly grateful for the inspiration and help along the way.

I joined Spark in June of 2006 at my high of 158 lbs. With sensible dieting and exercise I managed to get to 136 lbs and kept the weight off for a long time.

I'm back! Not that I should be proud or anything LOL.. I made it to my goal weight then gained it all back.. ugh I love to eat what can I say?!? How have you been!?

There's a team called Victoriaís Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of the VS team is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

I'M GOING ON THE SAME CRUISE AS YOU WENT ON? ST. MAARTEN, ST, KITTS, AND ST. LUCIA.. HOW WAS IT? WHAT DID YOU DO AND WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE THING THE WHOLE TRIP? THIS IS OUR 5TH CARNIVAL CRUISE AND OUR 1ST ON THE MIRACLE.. WE'VE BEEN TO ST. MAARTEN 2 OTHER TIMES BUT NEVER TO THE OTHER STOPS...
