Time for me
Having gained over 100 pounds in the last 13 years I am ready to surrender. I am paying the price with sore joints and body aches. My biggest concern is how out of breath I get after even small amounts of movement. I have high blood pressure and cholesterol. My job is very demanding physically and there are days when I wonder if I will make it through. My husband and son are both very active and I'm ready to join them!

My Goals:
Exercise 10 minutes a day. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid fast foods. Lose 10% by December 31, 2012. MOTIVATION: May 5, 2013, my son's college graduation!! VISUAL MOTIVATION: Everyday I am carrying the equivalent of 3- 40 pound bags of dog food with me, or it's like having my 130 pound girlfriend riding piggyback everywhere with me. No wonder I'm tired and sore by the middle of the day!!
My Program:
I am going to follow the WW points system on my own. Not attending meetings. Watch carb intake.

I am 51 years old. I have been married to my best friend for 27 years. I am mom to a 22 year old college senior. I have always struggled with my weight. I currently weigh the most I've ever weighed. I am looking to lose 130 pounds.
