My Goals:
I want to lose some weight before I have total bi-lateral knee replacement, and then I want to lose even more after I recover a bit.

Short term: 5 more pounds by surgery

Long term: 145 by Oct. 1, 2011

My Program:
I lost 40 pounds on South Beach in 2004, and it has sneaked back on with knee problems and thyroid problems and falling off the program, but I am back on it again. Everyone is different, but South Beach works for me.

Personal Information:
Married 28 years to a really wonderful man. Mother of a son and a daughter and grandmother to 2 beautiful grand daughters.

If you are ever planning to be out this way, let me know! Would love for you to see our colt in person! He is quite the character now that he is older. He was one month old the 29th of April. Take care and keep in touch! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am so happy that you stopped by to comment on the picture blog of our foal being born! Thanks so much for your kind thoughts! I see that you must have had some surgery recently, as I did. I am recovering well, and I see from the comments that you are, too! Good! (We were blessed) Chris emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Glad to hear you're doing well post surgery. I'm three months post RTKR and finally feeling a bit more like myself. I had my doubts for a while but one day I woke up feeling human. Good luck with continued recovery. Feel better each and every day.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and support. I've done really well, and ready to get back with the program.
