The "Weight" is Over!

After my second child was born I was the heaviest I've ever been. I became very focused on weight loss and exercise and I dropped nearly 30lbs. Last year I became very distracted with some personal problems and gained back 20lbs. Now I'm trying to refocus my energy to eatting healthy, controlled portions of food. Luckily I have FINALLY embraced exercising and I'm at the gym at least 5 days a week.

I want to loss weight to feel good about myself and teach my children how to eat healthy and love exercise.

My Program:
Log my food!
Exercise at least 5 times/week. 3 cardio days and 2 strength training days.
NO MORE NIGHTTIME BINGING!!


Personal Information:
I've been married almost 15 years and have 2 great daughters, 9 and 4. We adopted a sweet puppy in May and she's brought so much joy to our lives. My husband and I love to exercise and spend our summers at the beach!

Thanks for the "hello". Things have taken a crazy turn here. I'm still exercising and trying to eat well but I haven't been tracking much. I have to get back to tracking because I know that's of utmost importance. How are you? Hopefully finding yourself in a better place than I am these days...

I really enjoyed reading your blog; posting really does help to make a difference; so glad your getting back on track.Evening snacking is a tough thing for many; I find that if I plan my meals out, as well as my snacks, it helps me to stay on track. I just started snacking on chocolate rice cakes; they're really good, only 60 calories per cake and popcorn is good too. If there is anything I can do to help; let me know. So glad to see you jumping back into it; there is so much here to explore. Hope you have a good week.
