My life has changed...

Years ago I experienced dramatic, life changing weight gain. Went from a size 8 to a size 16 due to stress at work and in my personal life.

In October of 2011 got down to 160lbs. Then that December found out I was pregnant. My weight skyrocketed to over 200lbs and was able to recover post pregnancy to 165lbs.

In September of 2014 discovered that I was 3 months pregnant! My weight went all the way up to 198lbs. I was able to stay healthier during this pregnancy.

Michael the Third overdue by two weeks and a normal induction turned into an emergency C-section. According to my husband, who was present in the operating room, both Michael and I almost died.

I am thankful to be alive and thankful for this body. Children are miracles!

Through SparkPeople I intend to exercise regularly ad change the way I eat to improve my quality of life.
I also want to set an example for my husband and my children in hopes that they will be motivated by me to stay healthy.

My Goals:
Goal One:

Update blog on a weekly basis, highlighting major changes in my life and successes as well as failures to help determine what is helping and hurting me.

Hopefully, this will help others to be motivated and myself to see the progress I have made.



Goal Two:

To start a regular workout schedule that will work with my hectic daily schedule. Looking to do early morning workout/walk and some evening workouts with husband.



Goal Three:

To change destructive eating habits of myself and my husband. Those include fast food, binge eating, and eating more than just one serving (like three or four).

My Program:
Better Eating!

Smaller Portions!

No Fast Food!

Cut back on soda!

Keep Smilin'



Personal Information:
In my 20's looking to improve my lifestyle so that from here on out I am happy with myself long into my 30s, 40s, 50s and so on.
