So yesteday, my scale kept saying DIFFERENT weight, so I am guessing I weigh around 219lbs. :(

So a year later I have gained all that weight back and plus a little more, so now It's time to get it off this time & keep it off!!! I think I can, I think I can!!! Well it's 2013 and I gained all my weight back, I had lost close to 15lbs, but after losing my Mother to breast cancer I've been depressed and like I said, gained almost all of it back...I started at 223lbs and right now I weigh 219lbs...So MAYBE I can do it this time! WEIGHT LOSS GOALS: Weight Loss Goals:: SW: 230lbs. - Jan-April 2012 (sadly I am obese) 221lbs. -- March 22, 2013 (headn back down) 220lbs. – May 7, 2012 Weigh-in = 220.6lbs 219.6lbs. - February 12, 2013 (GAINED IT ALL BACK) 217lbs. -- May 23, 2012 Weigh-In 215lbs. -- May 29, 2012 Weigh-In = 215.2 214lbs. -- September 2012 = :( set-back 213.8lbs - October 12, 2012 = Getting Back On Track!!! 213.4lbs. - October 16, 2012 = Woohoo! 213lbs. -- June 8, 2012 Weigh-In :) 10LBS LOST! YAY! 212.4lbs - October 17, 2012 Weigh-In :) = down 10lbs again! My Goals:
My one main goal is to lose at least 35 pounds, but to get to my goal weight I will need to lose 68 pounds total!
My Program:
The things I am doing right now to try and lose weight is eating better, staying within my daily calorie limit and walking and moving as much as I can on a daily basis!
