Ugh! Where to start... I'm fat and don't want to be! I love to cook, but don't have a fridge right now. I'm going out to buy a small bar fridge this weekend. This should help me pre-plan my meals for the week, so that I don't resort to chips and peanuts with beer for dinner.

I'm going to try to change to a whole-foods type of vegan diet. I will still use tofu and some meat substitutes. Need to find an acceptable vegan mayo.

My name is Stacey and I'm from BEAUTIFUL northern Nevada. Oh, and I LOVE to cook - but am not really into desserts. I moved from a studio so that I could have an actual kitchen instead of just a hot plate.
Other Information:
I never got cable when I moved to my new apartment, so I've been reading a lot and watching tv shows over the internet. I'm also (recently)compulsively frugal. I hate to spend any of my hard earned money!
