Light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm a 27 year old married father of three children. I work overnights so I have a very hard time feeling motivated to go to the gym after work. About two years ago I hit my max weight at 260lbs and felt miserable. It was at that time I got a gym membership and lost 60lbs within a year. Unfortunately I plateaued and the motivation tapered off. I now find myself up 30lbs to 230lbs. I'm tired of this roller coaster I have found myself on and want a lifestyle change for good. Unfortunately I plateaued and the motivation tapered off. I now find myself up 30lbs to 230lbs. I'm tired of this roller coaster I have found myself on and want a lifestyle change for good. The thing is I need someone to keep me accountable. Ideally work out with me. The road block I have run into before is the fact that I go to the gym early in the morning, well before the majority of people do. I'm hoping I can solve this dilemma through this site! =)

My Goals:
I want (scratch that, will) to get back down to 190lbs. Not just to look and feel better, but for my family. I know what it's like to be overweight and what it's like to be healthy, and I want that feeling of joy and accomplishment that being healthy brings.

My Program:
My program is pretty basic. I just try to eat more sensible and stay away from fad diets. I believe that you can cheat a little bit every once and a while (key word: little). Loosening up a little can make your program more bearable.
