    I started smoking when I was 16 and quit when I was 51. Little trick I learned that helped me tremendously: buy some cinnamon sticks and keep one with you (you can put it in a plastic sandwich bag). When the urge to smoke first hits, get out the cinnamon stick, hold it like a cigarette and start taking deep drags on it, just like a cigarette. Smokers don't breath like non-smokers. They breath through their cigarettes. When they stop smoking they have a hard time with breathing. This helps with that and the hand to mouth habit. No, you won't get addicted to cinnamon sticks.

    Those little baggies of fruit and/or veggies disappear!!! The kids and grandkids gobble them and this week, hubby grabbed 5 of them and took them to work!!!

    Congratulations , on the treadmill minutes, , have you put the treadmill in front of the tv?, or play music when you walk, sometimes a diversion helps . My treadmill is downstairs in front of a window so I play my Ipod when i walk. Once you get the fluid off you'll get rid of the O2 . It just takes time. don't push it. It will happen. emoticon
