I became a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers in 2004. Some health issues and quitting smoking sent me back into an upward spiral. I gained every ounce, and then some, back on. It's okay, I don't smoke anymore. I went back to WW. Lost 50 pounds, then put it back (plus) again. I'm at the highest weight I've ever been right now. It's now August 2011. I want to get back to running again. Maybe the next 5k I run, I won't be last. CHOICES It doesn't matter how much you earn or how many items you own You can always do better no matter how small today you can say that you've grown Don't worry about others don't wait for a chime your heart wants it….it is driven Just keep yourself going and stay on your path so your goals can be reached…it's a given It doesn't matter what you've done in the past or how often you've failed either way You can ALWAYS do better no matter how small it's all in your choices today

My Goals:
As far as the scale goes, I want to lose another 35-40 pounds. Overall, I want to be as healthy as I can be. I want to be around when all my kids grow up, get married, and give me grand kids. I want to live to be able to enjoy the latter part of life as an "active participant."
My Program:
I'm on Weight Watchers. I was following the Core program for more than a year. Have been a little stuck lately. Recently, I switched to Flex. I've been known to do the Wendy Plan, and sometimes even pull out the old Winning Points program. My exercise goals- move more. UPDATE HERE-------I have finished the 9 weeks of C25K program. I am going to do a 5K with many friends in December.
Personal Information:
From "Joisey" and I don't pump gas. My DS girlfriend from Milwaukee gets a real kick out of that. She doesn't understand why we don't pump gas.
