Hi Srwinn...
I was sorry to hear things are hard at the moment!
Please, do whatever it takes to feel better!
Is there anybody at all you can talk to?
If not, I would be happy for you to write it all down to me in a message if there are things you would like to get off your chest- just writing it down makes me feel better sometimes!
Take good care of your physical self, even if you don't feel like it or feel like you are worthy - JUST DO IT - eat right, rest properly, dress well, get some fresh air and deep breaths... Just doing it might start to help you realise that you really are as valuable as anyone and you are worth looking after as best as you possibly can until you are feeling stronger and recovered.
I really hope you feel better soon!
