LIVING THE LIFE!

WELL, I AM LIVING A VERY CHARMED LIFE! I SERIOUSLY HAVE NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT, NOT EVEN MY WEIGHT! I AM HEALTHY AND HAPPY! LIFE IS GOING BY FAST BUT I AM KEEPING UP WITH IT! MY KIDS ARE AMAZING ATHLETES AND MY HUSBAND IS FABULOUS!! MY FRIENDS THIS YEAR ARE HEALTHY AND WORKING ON THEM!

 What an incredible year 2012 was for me. With all of its Ups and DOWNS, they came and went! It wasn't important how many times I fell and failed but it is more important to see how many time I got back up to succeed! With a little grace of my own and the grace of God I will have an abundance of courage to succeed in my goals this year! This will be the year I celebrate ME!!

I am a bit behind on my Sparking so I apologize for the lateness getting back to you about Les Mills Combat. You asked me, "do you like this program? Is it cardio based or strength?"

First, I LOVE the progrom! It has been my favorite program so far out of the ones I have finished (Insanity, Tap Out XT, & P90x). The workouts are fun and fast paced! It is a lot of kicking and punching based work since it is based in mixed martial arts. But fun, at least for me.

Second, I would say it is both. I think it is the best leg workout of all the programs. I have noticed a big jump in what I can do strength wise with my legs. It really is a well rounded workout program that is designed to really tone and lengthen muscle rather than build big muscle.

The victory is yours, if only you choose, to do what is right, so that you can lose!

Just keep moving ahead, doing things to keep you fit, not allowing distractions to keep you from it.

Don't focus on things, that will hold you back, just shove them aside, to keep you on track!

If you look back, and see what brought you down, you will find what it is, that can turn around!

Keep your heart, and mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff, that is good for your soul!

Be happy with the steps, that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps, that will pull you down out and away!

I thank you for your encouragement, it means much to me! Keep moving forward, and soon you will be free!

Thanks for the teddy bear - which was the theme of the baby shower. emoticon It was so much fun, very elegant and full of love. Just what it should have been for a mommy who waited and tried for as long as she/they did! I get to leave for Richmond this Thursday to deliver all the fun gifts!

Hello, I saw your comment about editing 'friends' who are inactive on GRACIE4ONE'S page. Here's a 'how to' for you
Go to your SparkPage.
Click on "Edit my SparkPage".
In the Friends area, click on "add/remove/see all your SparkFriends"
each person has the "remove" button right under their picture
there is no warning, so be sure you've got the right person!
