I would suggest inputting everything you eat into SP Nutrition Tracker and then compare with your WW point system. That should help you determine whether or not to eat more than your point system or not.

Man o Man....don't eat any of those peanut butter and banana sandwiches your Elvis friends enjoy so much. I thought about weight watchers myself, but chickened out. I love this sight and I wish you much success. Keep working toward your goal one step at a time. I hope to look like the thin Elvis when I reach my goal!!!!
