Living the Dream :)

Holidays are over and I must say, I am on the right track when it comes to exercising , drinking water and tracking my food. (although food tracking does need a little more work :))
One step at a time and I am happy to say that my cardio is almost daily and that I am consistent with my water intake. Life is good and I feel like i have a grip on what is happening in my life.

My Goals:
Get myself to a comfortable, healthy size/weight. This goal will be achieved when I can shop in the regular size departments and fit comfortably into those clothes.
2. Become fit. This goal will be met when I can go for a run with my son.
3. Enjoy inner peace. This goal will be met when I meet with my doctor to discuss the possibility of going off my anxiety medication.

My Program:
I am counting calories, doing cardio and weight training, all with my husband.

Absolutely!!! It's a hard lesson to learn, but perfection cannot be part of a winning formula. If we use it, then I believe we are destined to fail.

I saw your post in the "Say it in Five Words" topic of the Games Room. It is good to see you back on the SparkPeople site! Taking your own advice means that you can live as yourself at the same time as you view yourself objectively, with compassion. That is a challenge for anyone.

Patience, persistence -- then progress. Notice that perfection is not part of this formula.
