OK. So I've lost the majority of the weight, and now I'm having problems staying at my goal weight. Now, this effort is about becoming happy and healthy.

My Goals:
My main goal is to live better. My weight and health are instrumental in that. Little mini-goals:
210 lbs- digital kitchen scales- achieved 12/6
200 lbs- flat shoes- reached 3/7, got red M&S shoes :)
190 lbs- Trip to Waterworld- achieved 31/7, not yet taken
180 lbs- new shoes- achieved 4/9, got gorgeous New Look shoes
170 lbs- Clarins binge- achieved 3/10
160 lbs- Clarins foundation- achieved 13/11
150 lbs- Dvf dress- Well, sorta got gorgeous KG heels in advence, but got there!
140 lbs- new dress

155 lbs: nail varnish
150 lbs: haircut
145 lbs: new swimming costume for the gym
140 lbs: manicure
135 lbs: coffee table
133 lbs: we'll see when we get there :)


My Program:
I'm going to be eating healthily, getting at least 3 fruits and veggies a day, whilst ignoring the car, starting running and kickboxing!
My current goal is 133- that's having lost 40% of myself from my SW, 221lbs.



Personal Information:
I love Russian lit... seriously, Anna Karenina's my favourite book, I'm not just pretentious! Also LOVE House (half because of House's psychology, half because Hugh Laurie's so hot) and random crime dramas like the Law and Order series and Criminal Minds... but ANTM, The Biggest Loser and Come Dine With Me are seldom missed as well.


Other Information:
I've never regretted a walk, however much I didn't want to go. I also LOVE kickboxing...
