My Goals:
Healthy foods with proper portion control and daily exercise are my main goals. I want to get back to a weight where I am physically as well as emotionally comfortable. Get back to a healthy lifestyle so that I can remain active in my children's lives and contribute fully to the two businesses that I run.

Currently: Jillian Michaels Body Revolution & Spark People/FitBit food journaling.

Personal Information:
I am the mother of two teenagers and the CEO of two separate companies. This busy lifestyle has packed on 30 pounds over the last five years and it's time to lose that weight and never find it again!

Other Information:
Both of my children play baseball & softball year round - Both are pitchers. My passion is watching them both play at both the high school and college level.
