1. Pray daily.
2. Walk each day.
3. Track calories daily.
4. Sleep 7-8 hours/night.
5. No fast food or restaurants (except for Subway, Boston Market, or eating with group).

My Program:
Plans:
1. Pray daily.
2. Eat a breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks a day.
3. Walk 5 times a week.
4. Stop eating by 7pm.
5. Journal weekly.

Welcome back! Thanks for the drop in. I have had a few bites into my life. My mom passed in October and I've been on an emotional binge and the numbers are climbing. I had decided that I must start doing small things like "wanting" to walk and exercise. I am going to begin slowly to make the change back down the scale. I have to make a step in the right direction. Dealing with grief is very difficult. So how has your life been?
Married our son the Sat before Mother's Day so there was a bit of joy in my sadness.
All the best as we get a hold of the things that hold us back from changing to do the right thing.
