My Goals:
My goal for 2011 is to track all my food consumption using Sparks People, and exercise at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes or more. I am posting this here as a reminder that I plan to become a leaner and fitter person in 2011.

Personal Information:
I am a empty nest single mother. I have two grown daughters and 4 grandsons ages 10 thru 6. I have found it very difficult to cook for only one person and over eat as a result. But, I am back here to learn how not to do that.
