Jan 2012 goals:

1. try and lose 5 pounds

2. aim for 8-12 cups of water.

3. walk 3 miles 5 times a week.

4. make ST a priority.

5. NO excuses! Just do it!

My Program:
walk with leslie sansone . atleast thrice a week

ST using body weight and dumbbells

walk on the tradmill and try to walk a mile in less time than the previous time.
