7. Set long-term weight loss objective of ending up within a healthy weight range for my age, height, and build.

8. Spread positivity and hope to others.

Hey, Soul! Haven't talked to you in so long ...what have you been up to? Things haven't changed much here ...kinda sorta searching for a new job. I'm in retail and I'm seeing if I can find a management position. Other than that ...things are the same but good! I was on your website last month and I think it's fabulous =)

Wow..youre in the 160's...congrats! What does THAT feel like? Good luck with getting settled..going to have to catch up with you..I havent been losing weight since on SP ugh..but I feel Im at a new beginning and out of my rut.
