I work in the OR, it's our areas Trauma One Hospital. I LOVE my job..but the graveyard has affected my health and the way I eat and sleep. I have developed Type 2 Diabetes since I have been on this shift, and I KNOW my eating habits have changed tremendously! I just want to be healthy. I would LOVE to lose 100 lbs. to get off the Diabetes and high blood pressure medicines. I would love to be the girl I was 20 years ago on my wedding day. We will see!! It's Time To Get Healthy!!
