Hi! I'm glad you joined the Turbo Jammer's team. Don't be shy, participate! It is one of the best ways to get the most out of the team, and to gain a team that is behind you and willing to even call you on your slacking... ;) Everybody needs a push now and then, and definitely a cheering section.
