A Heathy New Me

I am 25 years old and have a 5-year-old son. I started working out June 22nd, 2008 and lost 20 pounds in two months. I ended up hurting my knee and my back and was not able to work out for months and ended up gaining 10 pounds back. In June 9th, 2009 I became serious about changing my life and have lost 51 pounds in total. I still want to lose 13-23 pounds but with having two bad knees and a bad back it is hard some times to work out the way I would like to. I continue to focus more on eating ...

I continue to focus more on eating healthy and I work out when I can. This last 13-23 pounds I am finding hard because I feel like I need to work out more but my body can only do so much. I just continue focusing on what I eat and be patient, which is not easy for me to do, with my body.

I try hard to work out 4 - 5 times a week. I eat heathy and keep track of my calorie intake every day. I write down what exercises I do and when I am frustrated at that scale that just won't move I write my thoughts down in a journal.

Hi! I'm glad you joined the Turbo Jammer's team. Don't be shy, participate! It is one of the best ways to get the most out of the team, and to gain a team that is behind you and willing to even call you on your slacking... ;) Everybody needs a push now and then, and definitely a cheering section.
