I am a retired Police Officer, Wife Karen and I are now Realtors. We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We both train at West Ocean City Fitness. Getting certified to be a personal trainer again which I did in the early 90's. My goal is to be the oldest, healthy retireee in the pension system!

My Goals:
Working to lose some body fat to to point where I wo'nt have to take blood pressure meds. Also plan to play modified fastpitch this Spring.
My Program:
Lift weights twice a week, do a circuit boot camp class, and cardio 3-4 times a week.
Personal Information:
We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Moderate weather allows u to be outdoors a lot and active. I am also getting recertified to do personal training again.
