Being Fit & Fine @ Forty

I am a single parent that is overweight and have been since as long as i can remember. I have tried other diets and they didn't seem to work. I am more focused than ever on tracking, exercising, and eating more healthy food not just for me but for my son. My goal is to go from 299lb down to 180lb. by my 40th bday July 14,2013. I know with the help of my God, my son and family, and my SP family i will meet my goal.

You asked how to get the weight loss ticker. Go to your sparkpage and click on the edit sparkpage button. Scroll down just past your teams and there should be a "my ticker" area. then click on the edit my ticker and it will allow you to chose what you want to track... exercise minutes, weight loss, spark points...those things,. then you can pick your marker. Let me know if that works for you.
