My Goals:
1. Is to wear a two piece bathing suit without being embarrased of my body.
2. Run a 10k
3. Eat healthier
4. Pack breakfast and lunch for every day that I work and go to school (7 more days and I would have packed breakfast and lunch for a whole month!!)
5. Cook more/ eat out less



My Program:
Run - 3 days a week
Total body training - 2 days a week
Swim - 1 day a week

Personal Information:
I'm in my last semester of school. I will be a Radiologic Technologist (fancy name for xray tech..lol). I am so looking forward to finishing and being able to get my life back. Alot of changes will be coming this year and I can't wait!!!

Other Information:
I love to do all sorts of things. Sometimes I can be nervous about trying new things but once I do and I enjoy it...I'm obsessed. I love to read, go dancing, spend time with my friends and family. I have a wonderful husband who is very supportive and encouraging.

I miss you posting on here. Mostly our runs. :( Glad to see you're still getting out there for races though. As for me, I think I'm in the best place I've ever been with my running. I feel so strong and I am being smarter so I avoid injuries.

This morning was my second day back to running. Foot feels good still. I am being extra careful this time around. I made a promise to my good friend in Chicago to run the Rock N Roll half with him (his first too) in July so I will start training for that in March. Darn it, I may not have been able to do the Space Coast one but darn it, i will do one. lol. Anyways, I hope you log on here more often. I miss seeing your posts and stuff. Sounds like you've been keeping busy with work and races. You are still my inspiration girl. :)
