1) Be able to fit into a size 28 top so I can look gorgeous for a friend's wedding on August 4th.
2) Squeeze in at least 1 excercise class per week for the rest of July.
3) 55lb total weightloss by the end of July!
I'm back again after 10 months away from Spark People. 10 months off and a 10lb gain. I've solved that little problem over the last couple of months and am now back to a 45lb loss (5lb lighter than when I was last here!) I recently joined Slimming World which seems to be keeping me on track. Now I'm here to moan and gripe to you all once again - shhh you love me really :)
