I went on the Dr. Sears total elimination diet and found that eliminating some of the major allergens makes me feel like superwoman!

I'm big on cooking from whole foods, eating grass fed meats, and organic produce. And I love raw juice drinks- My current favorite: beet, carrot, and blueberry.

Looking forward to staying healthy and have prospects for some added muscles in the near future!

My Goals:
I am on a 1200 cal diet the carbohydrate, fat and protein are distributed 50%, 30% and 20% respectively; which yields 150 grams carbohydrate, 40 grams of fat, and 60 grams of protein.

My Program:
Gluten free, no dairy or soy. Whole foods. Gluten Free. Organic produce. Grass Fed Beef.

Personal Information:
I love the outdoors... hiking, gardening, photography, painting. One of my favorite things is waking up to the beautiful sun :)

Hi Andrea You dont have a Sparkmail button. I found U on a thread for pre Ds and read your plight. U may be interested in a book by Dr Neal Barnhard, Program for Reversing Diabetes. In a nutshell, he says carbs DONT cause diabetes, its caused by fat. The diet U R on fits his plan perfectly. Check it out. Hope 2 hear back from U. Mike Royal in Sunny Florida emoticon
