Weight loss pt 2

Well I started out on here a few years ago. I started out at somewhere around 255 pounds. I was down to 148 lbs. Since then, my personal life has made a complete turn around and in the last 6 months I have have put on some of the weight. So, now I am diligently trying to move forward with my weight loss and get back to where I was 6 months ago, and hopefully, lose a little more.

My Goals:
I would like to get down to 135 pounds and tone up some of the flabby parts.

My Program:
I am really just counting calories and exercising. Trying to add a lot of fiber to my diet to get the most bang for my buck! And also trying to eat lower carbs and more lean protein.

I currently go to the gym 5 times per week for 50 minutes each day. Three days per week I do both strenght training and some cardio. Two days per week I dedicate to cardio. Some days I am not motivated to get up in the morning, but I have gotten much better.

yes, sayre this weekend will be a challenge. trying to really focus this week too. we will have to keep eachother in check this weekend. we can stick together and avoid evil foods from mom.
