Yes, voltaren is the ointment they prescribed. At the PT they use bio freeze and it works wonders. Sometimes ointments come in little tiny tubes. I will pick it up today and see how big it is. You can't get the last part out and feel it is a lot to pay for such a little bit. Is that way voltaren is?

emoticon SO much for the encouragement today. I was so exhausted by the drama yesterday that I couldn't get to sleep until around midnight, then I slept until almost 10! I'm not going to feel guilty about it, either!

I have to go to son's choir concert tonight, but after that, I think I will probably take the next several days (or as long as it takes) to just let my body tell me what it needs. Sleep all day if I have trouble staying awake. Only eat when I'm hungry (sometimes I realize around 3pm that I haven't eaten all day yet emoticon ) and let myself recharge.

I've come a long way in putting myself first, but evidently not far enough.

Thank God for friends like you!

Have a wonderful day,
Seni
