I am heading down the road to fitness!!!

Hi, my name is Ed and I started out on this site at 400 LBs and I just weighed in this morning at 321. I have dedicated myself to changing my patterns after 51 years of being lazy and taking the path of least resistance(and exercise!). I have the total support of my family and this time they are helping me stick with my plan. My goal for this year is to get down to healthy(!!) for a total weight around 200 lbs. I have dedicated myself to changing my patterns after 51 years of being lazy and taking the path of least resistance(and exercise!). I have the total support of my family and this time they are helping me stick with my plan. My goal for this year is to get down to healthy(!!) for a total weight around 200 lbs. I can accomplish this by tracking my food intake daily. religiously,and my exercise output. I am now losing with my beautiful wife and together with her I can do anything!
After dropping out for a year I backslid up to 360 again. I found myself being lazy again so along with the wife I have committed(?) to tracking and working out. I read a post today that makes a lot of sense to treat my weight loss journey as a job that benefits me and the payoff is years of life and the ability to enjoy my senior years (having Fun).

i hear you on finding time to work out. how i started when i started this journey is settling a good to work out twice a week. I did that for one month. i slowly increased it to 3 workouts to 4. After 12 months i was working out 5-6 days a week. BUT that took a yea to get there. So set a VERY SMALL MANAGEABLE goal and accomplish that first.
