I really love food. I collect cuisine. Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin, Sechuan) Korean, Thai, Greek, Persian, French, Italian, Swedish, Moroccan, Portuguese, Peruvian, Jewish Deli, Mexican, you get the picture, but it's desserts, chocolate that's my downfall. For now I'm giving it up entirely. I feel like I don't trust myself to eat just a little. Besides, I read an article that said the goal was less than two desserts a week. That makes me feel like an addict, because I feel denial and panic creeping into my feeling about that puny an indulgence level. So I'm trying to go one month, till Valentines without any dessert.
