Watch me melt!

Hi to all my friends and neighbors out there in Cyberspace today! Thanks for visiting my webpage here at sparkpeople.com. I am so excited to be on a road to change and getting back in shape. Physically, I've been on a two year decline having gained a total of 20 pounds since we moved from our last base in California to Germany. Dang, that german food is good! But I'm getting back into shape and you are invited to watch me melt! ;^)

Hi Jeanette!

Can I just say how much I love and miss you and your family??? Ryan and I talk about the family habits we want to have one day, and I always think of you guys. I loved playing Red Light Green Light 123 with you guys!!! You will never know how much that FHE touched me and helped me to keep trudging on while Ryan was deployed. I hope, one day, we can be as great parents as you and Jared. I love you guys!!!

I should tell you, I have a TERRIBLE memory, so maybe I have seen you and just can't recall....

Anyway, I wanted to say hi and see how you are liking the FG team.

Peace,

Hi Jeanette,

Welcome to the "Feeling Good" team. I'm glad Lee Ann is on the ball! I'm afraid I've been on holidays & missing your joining.

I enjoyed your intro and really hope that you'll enjoy the journey with us.
There are individual topics for each of the chapters. We are all on different pages. There is no pace, just jump in whenever & wherever you are. Be sure to try & do what Dr. Burns suggests. It really does help. If you're not too sure what to write, just ask.

And if you want to start your own topic, that is okay too.

Linda
