Getting back up!!
Update- I've kicked it up and have been rocking it! For some reason I just kept giving less than 100% and I wasn't losing the weight so I'd get depressed and give up. I know I can do this and have been going strong now since February!!! I've lost 57 lbs in 3 months and feel great. I'm 13 lbs away from my lowest adult weight ever. My kids are enjoying the energy I've tapped back into and we're having a blast. I have a goal to get to 160 which is on the high end of "healthy weight" for me. I plan ...

I know I can do this and have been going strong now since February!!! I've lost 57 lbs in 3 months and feel great. I'm 13 lbs away from my lowest adult weight ever. My kids are enjoying the energy I've tapped back into and we're having a blast. I have a goal to get to 160 which is on the high end of "healthy weight" for me. I plan to reach this goal by next February. Making my loss 145 lbs in one year!!!! I just had my baby girl Lily Dec. 16, 2010. Since losing 80lbs with sparkpeople I gained 35lbs. after a miscarriage and 25lbs. with my daughter. I've been trying to start back up but I keep giving up and I realize that I have to start from the beginning and take my time like I did before. I'm completely out of shape again but I KNOW I can do this so today I'm taking my time and focusing on the big picture which is me making better choices for myself everyday. I can't do 45 min on the elliptical or Turbo Jams but I can do 20 and that's a start. I can stay within my calories. I will lose this weight for good!!! Update 6/26/2011 Wow, I can't believe how I've been quiting on myself. I'll do good for days and the someone will ask us out to dinner and I'll just stop completly. I would probably eat over 2500 calories a day. I can't keep doing this to myself. I am so ready to stop giving up on myself. I know I can do this June 26- 296 July 1- 294 -2

My Goals:
My main goal is to get healthy so I can teach my kids healthy habits. Also to not be afraid to live anymore. I used to love to be around people and do all kinds of things but as I gained weight it was like a protective barrier.
My Program:
While nursing I plan to eat between 1500 and 1800 calories. I will ride my bike for 30 minutes every day and slowly add back my TB Jams and elliptical.

My name is Jennifer. I'm from Cincinnati, OH. . I've been married for almost five years and have two wonderful children. I'm a home childcare provider and adore children. I'm currently in school to receive my CDA.
Other Information:
I love to ride bikes, four wheelers, canoe, camping, watching football ( Cincinnati Bengals of course ), spending time with my family especially my niece and nephews. I have not done many of these things since I was a teenager but soon I will do all of them again.
