Food = Happy

I have a tough diet. I'm highly allergic to nickel, so I can't eat too many whole grains, leafy green veggies, and other healthy things. I have to stick to animal products (while watching my cholesterol) and vitamins. My current exercise regimen includes Dance Dance Revolution and the dog park.

Lately I have been through a series of extremely stressful events that have led to problems with depression. I found out to my distress that the ONLY thing that cuts through that depression to make me happy instantly is food. Needless to say, this is not turning out well. I have never made progress with my goals, but now I'm actually GAINING weight again. I CAN'T LET THIS GO ON.

Thanks for your comment on my blog!

My problem is I'm way too curious not to weigh myself every day. I want to see the daily consequences of my actions, whether or not they EVER make sense! LOL

Otherwise it will randomly pop into my head all day "I wonder what I weighed this morning." So I just weigh in the morning think "ok, if you say so" and then I usually don't think about it again until the next day.
