Most people who joined when you did (about 10,000) have long since quit, so what you accomplished is amazing. I know you will set new goals for this year and you reach them!

We have 59 days until 2010, so remember this is a difficult time with all the food and celebration, and we have to be careful to NOT have regrets on January 1st, when others will just be making resolutions! emoticon

Glad to see you working so hard for your new goals! Stay with it, it DOES work. Coming to terms with my best friend(food) in the whole wide world was my first, biggest hurddle, and since then its been geting better, and better.
