My Goals:
I want to lose at least 100 pounds. I will know when I get there if that is enough. I have lost 26 pounds since I crawled back on the wagon again and I am praying I can stay on the right track long enough to lose the other pounds ... 1 pound at a time.
My Program:
I am using the food tracker religiously, increasing water intake, and really working on increasing my activity level.
Personal Information:
I am a wife, mother of four, and grandmother of eleven. I am newly retired and working to adjust. I miss teaching, but I am renewing old hobbies and I have more time to concentrate on getting this weight off.
Other Information:
I love heirloom sewing ... I could spend hours with this hobby (if I had them to spend). I also love to read and I am afraid I spend too much time surfing the web.
