My Journey
After being a SAHM for nine years I've recently reentered the workforce. While I stayed at home with the kids I would finish their leftovers, eat when I was bored, snacked whenever they did and biggest of all, eat whenever I was stressed. I'm tired of feeling tired all the time and looking the way I do. Hoping and praying this is the tool and motivation I need to succeed.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 25 lbs. My baby steps are to celebrate each 5 lbs along the way and just be more active with my kids.
My Program:
Still trying to figure out what works best for me. Currently logging all my food so I stay within my caloric intake and excercising at least 3 times a week for 45 minutes each day. Need to start adding in weights but not feeling motivated for it yet.

Originally from Bay City, MI. Married to my high school sweetheart for 12 years now. We've got three kids and are living in Battle Creek, MI.

I absolutely LOVE to read! Favorite shows are How I Met Your Mother, Criminal Minds and Chopped.
