I try and try again. Its one of my best traits. Though I often feel discourage, specially reading all the blogs I've tried to start. I quit often too...and then start again...and on and on I go. Hopefully someday it will happen. I will commit and I will get down to my ideal weight.

Welcome back to the fold! I just recommitted about 2 or so weeks ago (then blew it royally over the holiday and vacation my family and I took) Back at it for the last two days. Maybe we can encourage each other as we have similar body types and goals. emoticon

Come on keep on going!!! I know that we can both do this together...we have to the marathon is in 2010. I have to admit though, the last time I ran was on Thursday....I think, it has been that long. Now, I have no problem doing strength training, but cardio is another thing. I am so tired after lifting weights that I have no energy for running. I just need to push myself!
