Enjoying life

Almost 5 years ago I was 65 lbs less than I am now. How discouraging. It will be an endless struggle for me but I have finally came to terms that I have a food addiction and until I can overcome that I won't succeed at getting this weight back off. So I am back to day 1 today on 6/25/14 but its a start.

My Goals:
I have a couple of goals. 1. Ride however many horses in one day that I want and not be physically challenged. 2. Lose 80 lbs or so. 3. Have a healthy life. 4. Pray that God blesses my husband and I will a child.

My Program:
I am using Spark People to help me with my wieght goal and fitness because it helps me be more aware of what I am doing every day.

Personal Information:
Good day!! My name is Sarah and I live in SW Missouri in a wonderful little town. I married my soul mate July 20, 2013 and life couldn't be more perfect. Well unless God blesses us with a child.
We have 3 horses, 4 dogs, and 12 cats in addition to lots of beef cattle. Life keeps us pretty busy but wouldn't have it any other way.

Other Information:
I love to read. I can easily read 2 to 4 books a week if I plan my days right. This is on top of riding horses and working daily. I love crafts, knitting, pretty much everything. I live in the country so I enjoy just sitting outside and enjoying the animal life.
