Getting Fit and Staying that Way!!
I am a Vegetarian, Yogini, and Rookie Runner turned Long-Distance Runner. I want to live a high quality of life for as long as possible (preferably would like to be doing Yoga when I am 90!) and for me that means being healthy and happy. I enjoy learning new ways to stay fit and broadening my culinary horizons with new healthy recipes for my friends and family to enjoy! I love to travel, read and help others and want to lead a happy, well-balanced life!

My Goals:
To be fit and healthy for many years to come. To run a Half Marathon by the end of 2012. To grow my yoga practice, through teaching and practicing.
My Program:
I eat a vegetarian diet, and do my best to keep my sweet tooth in check. I have begun running 1-3x a week and pratice yoga 3x a week as well.
Personal Information:
From Oshawa, Ontario originally, but moved back to Canada this past year from living in Thailand for the previous 2 years. Settling back into Canadian life, in beautiful St. John's, Newfoundland.
