My name is Hollynn and I joined the Spark July 27, 2009 as a way to "focus on positive things I can do" and started working hard. I weighed in at 286lbs but was already down about 10 lbs from my highest weight of 295lbs. Most of the weight I lost was in the first year. I exercised every single day and logged (most) of my food. Since then, my weight has fluctuated a bit but for the most part I have maintained a weight between 195-185lbs. I am proud to say that I have kept off 100lbs for 5 years.

My life is changing a lot this year and it has been a huge stress trying to rediscover who I am and try to decided who I want to be. Living with intention I have done for years, now I am looking for serenity too.

My focus on this page (as always) will be honesty, but also a positive outlook to my health and my life. I appreciate any support you give me and look forward to helping some of you along in your journey as well.

How's it going? I was in Hawaii for a week and just started a new job. I ate a ton in Hawaii but am back on track now. I hope things are well with you, too!

How are you? One month in and I am again amazed at how quick changes happen when you put your mind and body to it (and how slow the scale it to see it.) Hope you are still hanging in and that your health is good.
