Thanks for posting to my blog but I think you misunderstood what I was saying.. he didn't work out, didn't change his fat intake or calorie intake. One day he just decided he was gaining too much and without changing anything dropped 35lbs in a month... How do you work with that? 1915 days ago
From the Sweatsuit to Swimsuti Cahllenge: Did you figure out how to log Day 2's workout? If not go to the thread 7 day workout overview and click on the Day 2 Workout at the bottom of the page it will have you click it to add to your workout - click right below that button to add this workout to another day, click yesterday's date and it will pop onto your fitness tracker under strength training.
Hope this helps - it took me a while to figure it out myself earlier because I forgot to track it yesterday!
