30-something Crafty Girl...carving out a new self 1 pound at a time.

I'm trying to be reasonable with the goal setting. I have to remind myself the weight didn't go on overnight - it's not coming off overnight - the goals below are milestone goals mixed with the Obesity/Overweight/Healthy Weight classification goals. Labels are something that keeps me motivated. So here we go.

Update: 7/7/2013 - I've put dates next to my goals... the first one is Sept. 15th to be ...

Update: 7/7/2013 - I've put dates next to my goals... the first one is Sept. 15th to be under 300 lbs. Which is losing at a rate of 3.2 pounds a week. I got this.

Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.
We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
