my goals are to get fit and healthy first,then weight loss.My current goal is to exercise 15 min intervals with a total of 60 minutes a day.I'd like to make friends who are positive about their journey.I have 75 lbs. to lose but i wont let the number get me down.One step at a time

My program is to slowly increase my exercise time,decrease the junk food I eat,replace some meat with healthier options,and have fun doing it.My new toy the stabilizer ball is loads of fun and its exercise.
