My goal is to eat healthy - I'll be measuring my success by how well I stick to my calorie and exercise plans and how well I meet all my nutritional requirements for each day/week/month.

My rewards for meeting these goals will be to FIT INTO ALL THE CLOTHES IN MY CLOSET

My Program:
I'm trying to ween myself off using the scale as a way to measure my success.
My program is to stay within my calorie range, meet all my nutritional needs each day, and eat at least 5 fruits and veggies.
