My goal is to eat healthy - I'll be measuring my success by how well I stick to my calorie plan and how well I meet all my nutritional requirements for each day/week/month.
My rewards for meeting these goals will be to FIT INTO ALL THE CLOTHES IN MY CLOSET -

I'm trying to ween myself off using the scale as a way to measure my success. My program is to stay within my calorie range, meet all my nutritional needs each day, and eat at least 5 fruits and veggies.
I was added as co-leader to the Leaving 150Ville team and wanted to check in ... I see you are on the 140Ville team ... the reason I was recruited for the 150Ville team is that apparently there had not been a post in 60 days. I am still in 150Ville for a little while ... if you have any ideas/suggestions for the team, please let me know.
