My Goals:
My goal is to eat healthy - I'll be measuring my success by how well I stick to my calorie plan and how well I meet all my nutritional requirements for each day/week/month. My rewards for meeting these goals will be to FIT INTO ALL THE CLOTHES IN MY CLOSET - First, the ones that I wear now should not be tight Goal Met: 7/15/10 Second, get comfortably into the ones that almost fit Goal Met: Third, get comfortably into the ones that are tight Goal Met: Fourth, get comfortably into the ones that are very tight Goal Met: Fifth, fit into my tightest skinny jeans Goal Met:
My Program:
I'm trying to ween myself off using the scale as a way to measure my success. My program is to stay within my calorie range, meet all my nutritional needs each day, and eat at least 5 fruits and veggies.
